Job Description

We have a dispatching opportunity in Santa Ana, California. Local candidates only!

This will be onsite, Monday to Friday

Duties:

Must have at least 3 years of dispatching experience, scheduling and customer service or administrative experience working for a Construction company or any Contractors, recent work experience.

In this position you will work with technicians, service coordinators, parts departments and with the Assistant Operations Manager.

You will enter, update, correct information, assign and verify appropriate status to service calls. Review work orders, process work orders for invoicing.

Check voicemail and enter information according into the database

Enter overnight service calls if any ad re-routes field technicians the priority service calls.

Must be computer savvy in excel, word and data entry

Must have great communication skills as you will be taking incoming calls.

Ability to be an effective listener.

Ability to deal with public in a courteous and tactful manner

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rule and maintenance instructions.
